Privacy Policy

RoxDrop is an independent HYROX ticket tracker. We try to collect as little as possible. This page explains what we keep and why.

What we collect

• Alerts: if you set a restock alert, we store your Telegram chat ID and the races you follow so we can message you when tickets move.
• Waitlist: if you join the Premium waitlist, we store the email address or Telegram account you give us, and when you signed up.
• Usage analytics: we use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are used. We don't sell this data.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your data. We don't run third-party advertising trackers. We don't ask for payment details on the waitlist.

Why we use it

Only to run the service: send the alerts you asked for, notify waitlist members when Premium launches, and keep the site working.

Sharing

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to host the site, send Telegram messages, and (at launch) process payments. They only receive what they need to provide their service. Ticket data itself comes from publicly available event pages.

Your choices

You can remove a Telegram alert at any time from the bot, which deletes the associated data. To delete your waitlist entry or ask what we hold, email [email protected].

Children

RoxDrop isn't directed at children under 13.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
