Your race says sold out. That's rarely the end: HYROX tickets reappear all the time as athletes return spots, transfers fall through, or extra waves open. The catch is that restocks are small and vanish in minutes — so the winners are the people who hear about them first. Here's what actually works, in order.
Right now we're tracking 452 sold-out divisions across 50 races — and caught 41 restocks in the last 7 days.
This is the one that gets people in. RoxDrop watches every HYROX race's ticket inventory continuously — find your race on the live board, tap “🔔 Alert me” on the sold-out division, and we'll message you on Telegram the moment it reopens. Free, no signup. Free alerts arrive 5 minutes after we spot the restock; Premium is instant — and with restocks, minutes decide it.
Sold-out divisions on the official HYROX event page usually offer a notification list — join it. It costs nothing and covers you twice. Bear in mind everyone on that list gets the same email at the same time, so you're still racing the crowd when the mail lands; treat it as a backstop, not the plan.
“Sold out” often means your division is gone, not the race. Doubles, Relay, Pro and second race days regularly stay open after Open sells out — and many athletes report Pro as the easiest late entry because the name scares people off. Check your race's availability matrix on its RoxDrop page, or scan the almost-sold-out board for what's still open across every race.
HYROX runs dozens of races a season and releases them city by city. A nearby event a few weeks later often still has spots — search by country on the race list, and check the release-date calendar for races that haven't even opened yet.
Many cities reserve guaranteed entries for charity partners — you fundraise, they hold your spot even when general sale is long gone. Some affiliate training gyms also get early access or small allocations for members; if you train at one, ask. Both routes are listed on the official event page for your city.
HYROX entries are personal and tied to your name; the only safe transfer is the official name-change process where the event offers one. A ticket bought from a stranger on Instagram or a reseller site can be already-transferred, overpriced or simply fake — and you find out at check-in. A restock alert is free; use that instead.
Across the races we've tracked, we've recorded 10162 separate ticket reappearances over 54 races — sold out is a state, not a verdict. See the full numbers on the HYROX ticket data page .
